Using sophisticated Government approved software this will enable us to produce the EPC telling you just how efficient your property is - or is not. It will give you an average cost per square metre of heating and lighting and fuel usage and compute an overall efficiency rating.
The certificate will tell you where your home or rental property is now in terms of energy efficiency, and its impact on the environment, and suggest ways to improve it’s performance.
It does not, however, assess the condition of your property, any structural problems it may have, or any faults that may exist in the heating and lighting equipment. For the purposes of the EPC it is assumed that everything is in normal working condition and clients MUST take separate expert advice on all energy systems within the home.
The certificates were introduced as part of the Government's commitment to reduce greenhouse gases.
